Marketplace Innovation

In 2023, Pax8 partnered with Devtech to refine its marketplace design system, expand its capabilities, and drive innovation.
One of the features Devtech was engaged to develop, called “Storefronts,” enables managed service providers (MSPs) to deliver branded, self-serve buying experiences. This functionality allows MSPs to curate and showcase tailored product selections on personalized web pages, offering customized solutions for specific clients.

With an intuitive interface for browsing and purchasing, Storefronts also include customizable controls, enabling MSPs to effectively highlight segment-specific solutions and enhance customer engagement.
The Devtech team successfully delivered all planned features within a challenging three-month timeline.
